Larry, what is bringing you to outer space? I am in search of planet sausage and peppers that is in a galaxy far, far away. Good luck, Larry. I can't wait to eat those sausage and peppers. Good thing I brought one with me. There it is. Oh, Messmo. Messmo. I love Messmo. These are our sausage and peppers. Sausage and peppers, oh sausage and peppers, the tastiest planet in the galaxy. Oh, Larry.

Why do my sausages burst open when I cook them?
Sausages split because water inside turns to steam faster than the casing can stretch. Cook over medium heat, start them cold, turn them every 2 to 3 minutes, and never go straight from freezer to hot fire. Do not prick them — that fixes the split by draining the flavor.
