The other half of the act

Sally

Larry gets the sausage. Sally gets the last word. On screen she co-stars across the Uncle Larry Adventures films as the calm inside Larry's chaos — planning the day, saving the trip, stealing the scene when nobody's looking. Off screen she brings that same competitive streak to league night at the bowling alley.

Short answer: Sally Peppers is Larry's co-star and on-screen wife on Uncle Larry Adventures — rodeo rider, spa-day planner, league bowler, survivor of a 10,000-pound sausage ransom. She appears in 24 of the films listed on this site.

The Sally Peppers story

How she met Larry

Every love story starts somewhere. Theirs starts over a deli counter, with the least romantic icebreaker in cinema history: “Hi, I am Sally Peppers.” “I'm Larry Sausage.” And somehow, that was all it took. From that first hello the two were inseparable — dance partners who won America's vote (“Sally and Larry are the winners! Sausage and peppers for everyone!”), prom dates under silver stars, and eventually bride and groom. The wedding made it official: Larry Sausage took Sally Peppers, and the sausage-and-peppers pairing became a marriage.

The calm one in the chaos

If an episode has a plan, Sally made it. She books the couples' spa day, checks the schedule on game day, picks the beach, and packs the attitude light — leaving Larry to haul the umbrella, the cooler, the chairs, the towels and one very large flamingo. When a hungry black bear wanders into their campfire cookout, Sally is the reason it becomes a story instead of an incident report. Where Larry sees a crisis, Sally sees a Tuesday.

Not just the straight line

Sally gets her own moments — and she takes them. At the rodeo she answers Larry's wild bull ride by climbing on one of her own. On the pickleball court she's got the serve, and Tali knows it. At the hot-wing challenge she keeps her cool while Larry sweats his way up the scoville ladder. And on the track she takes the Fiore & Sausage car to the front at sunset while Larry works the pit wall with a hoagie the length of a pit box.

Kidnapped once. Ransomed in sausage.

Every hero gets tested. Sally Peppers was once kidnapped — and the kidnappers had the nerve to name their price: 10,000 pounds of sausage and peppers, mild and spicy. The rescue involved a caped alter ego, a heroic quantity of deli meat, and the lesson every villain learns eventually: sausage and peppers never fail.

League nights

Off the film set, Sally's competitive streak follows her straight to the bowling alley. She rolls in the league in matching shirts — everybody already knows what's in the briefcase — and brings the same calm focus she uses when Larry's latest plan starts smoking. Larry cooks. Sally picks up the spare.

Note from the kitchen: the adventures are fictional cinematic short films and Sally Peppers is a digital co-star. The recipes, the sausage and peppers, and Larry himself are entirely real.

The walk itself. Thirty seconds of Sally doing what she does best — arriving like the carpet was laid out specifically for her. Larry was there too, technically.

Champagne, head to toe. Larry wore a tie shaped like a hoagie. Nobody was surprised.

On screen

Sally plays the straight line to Larry's chaos — the one who books the spa, checks the schedule, and is somehow still on the bull when it's her turn.

Off screen: league night

Sally rolls in a bowling league with matching shirts, steady nerves and the kind of focus Larry usually reserves for a skillet. Everybody already knows what is in the briefcase. The only mystery is how many pins are still standing.
