Larry, tires. Perfect. Fuel? Full. Engine? Don't know, but the sausage is unbelievable. Larry! White out, and away they go! Sally Peppers in the pure and sauce car is absolutely flooring. Larry, what are you doing? I'm coming! Larry, get the tires! Where are my tires? These aren't the soft compound tires? Those are sausages. Technically, they're hot. Hot or sweet? Move! One lap remaining! Sally Pepper is chasing the leader! Sally, listen to me. What now, Larry? You're faster than. And there's a giant sausage and peppers sandwich waiting for you at the finish line. Why didn't you say that 20 laps ago? Sally Peppers wins the Grand Prix. Sally, what was the secret to today's victory? That's what I manage. Keeping Lori out of the driver's seat. You're a solid, baby. Sally brings the horsepower. Lori brings the sausage.

Why does my Italian sausage come out dry?
Dry sausage is overcooked sausage nine times out of ten — pull it at 160°F (71°C), not 175°F. The other causes are too-lean meat (you need 25 to 30 percent fat), piercing the casings, and cooking over high heat that renders the fat out before the middle is done.
