Larry, what are you wearing? Team spirit, Peppers. I can see way too much team spirit. Go, fight, win! Let's begin. That's not the cheer. It should be. Look at the these hips. Nobody was looking. Please tell me that was on purpose. We're good. I got her. Larry, no! Holy sh*t, that worked. My turn. Absolutely not. Send the sausage! Too high! Too high!

Why do my sausages burst open when I cook them?
Sausages split because water inside turns to steam faster than the casing can stretch. Cook over medium heat, start them cold, turn them every 2 to 3 minutes, and never go straight from freezer to hot fire. Do not prick them — that fixes the split by draining the flavor.
