Larry, please, one normal night. No gambling, no fighting, no sausages. Funny you should mention sausages. 16 lbs of technology and pork. Oh my god, what is that thing? The sausage special. You any good? Tell them. He wants roll to 63. I was injured. You had heart winner. Winner takes it. Papa needs a strike. Calculated. You almost killed yourself. Your turn, sausage boy. Ah, I think I pulled a hammy. Whoa. You don't know how to handle that kind of meat. Beginner's luck. All right, Sally, won't you professional? Don't fail me now, Jizzer. Can you name the sausage? Never doubt the meat. I'm dating an idiot. An undefeated idiot.

The Dinner Party
The candles are lit, the good silverware is out and the guests arrive in their finest — and Larry greets them at the door with a beer and a platter. Sally keeps her hostess smile while the man in the tie sips his wine and wonders what exactly is being served. Formal dinner, Uncle Larry rules.
The Toast
A black-tie party in a glowing house full of champagne and string lights gets an uninvited guest: Larry, in a suit, holding a beer bottle like a microphone. Sally covers her face, the tuxedos turn around, and somehow Larry still ends up in the middle of the room raising a glass with everybody.
Tiger by the Tailgate
Larry and Sally hike a sunlit jungle trail in full safari kit and come back with a third guest for the cookout: a tiger. Beers in hand, sausage and peppers on the grill, and the biggest cat in the jungle leaning in for a sniff — this tailgate has a strict no-sudden-movements policy.

Use waxy potatoes cut into three-quarter-inch chunks and give them a 15-minute head start at 425°F before the peppers and sausage join them. Total roast time is about 45 minutes. Toss the potatoes in oil separately so they crisp rather than steam.
