Tomorrow, I'm showing you how a real man skis. Larry, you haven't skied in 15 years. Larry, we went back to 1986. Now we're talking. Maybe try the bunny hill. Sally, these sausages were born for speed. Look at the sausage fly. Look out. Look out. My sausage! Still an expert? Equipment failure. Listen carefully. Buy Apple stock. Stop changing history. Microsoft, too. Midnight, miss it and you're stuck in 1986. Cheap houses, no email, no social media. We could stay. Hot tub. Ready to ski tomorrow? I'm running normal skis. Mine worked.

Why does my Italian sausage come out dry?
Dry sausage is overcooked sausage nine times out of ten — pull it at 160°F (71°C), not 175°F. The other causes are too-lean meat (you need 25 to 30 percent fat), piercing the casings, and cooking over high heat that renders the fat out before the middle is done.
