Today is the day. I walked into the tattoo parlor and told the artist exactly what I wanted. Something permanent. Something that says who I am. No regrets — when you love sausage and peppers this much, you wear it on your skin. Mama mia, that's beautiful.

The Dinner Party
The candles are lit, the good silverware is out and the guests arrive in their finest — and Larry greets them at the door with a beer and a platter. Sally keeps her hostess smile while the man in the tie sips his wine and wonders what exactly is being served. Formal dinner, Uncle Larry rules.
