Stack the food, fill full rows, serve the plates.
How to play Sausage Stack
Sausage Stack is a free browser falling-block puzzle where food-shaped pieces such as the Link, the Pepper and the Onion Ring drop into a 10-by-18 grid, and every row you fill completely is cleared as a plate served.
Sausage Stack is Uncle Larry's puzzle game. Seven original food pieces drop into the pan one at a time: the long Link, the zig-zag Pepper, the square Onion Ring, the bent Roll, the Skillet, a three-square Garlic Clove and a two-square Meatball Pair. Slide, turn and drop them so they fill complete rows.
Every piece has its own color and its own pattern, so the board stays readable for color-blind players. It runs free in the browser with no account, and your best score is saved only in your own browser.
- 1Start a run. Press Start game. The first piece appears at the top of the pan and the next one is shown beside the board.
- 2Move and turn. Slide the falling piece left or right and turn it either way. Pieces can never leave the grid.
- 3Drop it. Soft-drop to speed a piece down, or hard-drop to slam it straight to the faint outline that marks where it will land.
- 4Serve plates. Fill a whole row and it clears as a plate served. Clearing several rows at once scores a bigger bonus.
- 5Hold a piece. Put the current piece in the hold slot to save it for later. You can hold once per piece.
- 6Keep the pan open. Every 10 rows the level rises and pieces fall faster. The run ends when a new piece has no room to appear.

Scoring
- Clearing 1, 2, 3 or 4 rows at once scores 100, 300, 500 or 800 points, multiplied by the current level.
- Soft drop adds 1 point per row and hard drop adds 2 points per row.
- The level goes up every 10 rows cleared, and each level makes pieces fall faster.
- Your best score is stored in your own browser and shown as Best above the board.
Tips for a higher score
- Keep one column open at the side and save the Link to clear several rows at once.
- Use the ghost outline to line up a hard drop instead of waiting for the piece to fall.
- The small Garlic Clove and Meatball Pair are perfect for patching single gaps.
